I am an artist sailing through New York with Croatian roots and a vision too big to carry alone. I need a co-navigator, someone who thrives in the space where art meets digital chaos, where posts are not just posts but portals, and where spreadsheets whisper secrets of structure and order.
The role is flexible, with 5 to 20 hours per week depending on the workload, and the pay is 7 EUR/hour. I deeply apologize that I can’t offer more at the moment, but I hope for brighter opportunities ahead as my projects grow. 🌟
What I’m Looking For:
- Enthusiasm and joy for working in a field surrounded by contemporary arts and culture.
- 🖋️ Basic English skills for email communications and crafting posts.
- 🌐 Experience managing social platforms (or willingness to learn quickly), including:
- WordPress (block editor, not classic).
- Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest.
- 📌 Understanding hashtags and their role in social strategy.
- 🎥 The ability to diversify the purpose of various YouTube content: Videos, Shorts, and Community posts.
- 🤖 Familiarity with ChatGPT for improving messages and posts.
- 📊 Google Sheets knowledge, including basic formulas.
- 🗂️ Familiarity with Notion or other task, project, and team management tools.
Bonus Points
You’ll stand out if you:
- ⚙️ Have skills or knowledge of automation tools or digital tools not specifically mentioned here.🌟 Please brag and say which and for what you use those, feel free to give examples, links, and show off.
Note:
A few short, quick trial tasks (30 minutes to an hour max) on some of the mentioned tools or platforms may be included in the selection process. More than one person might be accepted to cover for each other’s availability and to keep flexible hours and free days an option for everyone.
